Zebrahead says "When Both Sides Suck, We’re All Winners"
Zebrahead have just released the video for the cut "When Both Sides Suck, We're All Winners".
It's 2019 and one of our favorite records of the year so far is a Zebrahead record. No joke. And the album, Brain Invaders, is damn good too. The perfect remedy for when rock music has climbed way too high up its own ass of self-importance. Not that Brain Invaders isn't important, it's just a different kind of important.
Zebrahead have just released the video for the cut "When Both Sides Suck, We're All Winners". The opening track deals with what vocalist Ali Tabatabaee says is the lack of desire to understand different perspectives in this all too hectic world;
"This is one of the heavier songs on the album. It’s about the feeling of division that has grown so strong here in America and other places all around the world. The song deals with the way people argue their point without taking time to try and understand the other person’s perspective. This causes people to take sides rather than have a meaningful conversation which could lead to a mutual understanding of each other’s points of view."
The song is trademark Zebrahead- crunching metal-soaked riffs, soaring harmonies, a little attitude.
Check out the video above. Zebrahead's 13th studio album, Brain Invaders, is out now.
