Trailer watch: Mr Peabody & Sherman

The new extended trailer for Mr Peabody & Sherman has hit the web.

DreamWorks' upcoming animated feature Mr Peabody & Sherman has just unveiled its new extended trailer. Based on characters featured on The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show, the 3D feature showcases the voice talents of Modern Family star Ty Burrell, Allison Janney, Stephen Colbert, Mel Brooks, Stanley Tucci and Leslie Mann.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows;

[quote]The film will feature Mr. Peabody, a talking dog who is the smartest being in the world, and his adopted boy Sherman. When Sherman's use of their time traveling WABAC machine results in disastrous and comical results, it is up to them to put things on track before the space-time continuum is irreparably destroyed.[/quote]

From the trailer we can see that Marty takes the Delorean back in time and ultimately alters the future's timeline.... oh sorry, wrong film. Mr. Peabody does look like a fun for everyone and the best thing about it, it looks like there are no musical numbers.

Mr Peabody & Sherman is directed by Rob Minkoff (The Lion King) and is slated to hit cinemas March 7th, 2014.
