Noah Kahan made a "Mess"

American singer/songwriter Noah Kahan has released the pooch-friendly video for the track "Mess", the follow-up single to his hugely successful songs "Hurt Somebody" and "False Confidence".
The song is about a loneliness that Kahan felt after high school. It was a time that he found comfort in everyone's four-legged best friend;
"I initially called ‘Mess’ ‘Feed the Dogs’ because my pups were a huge part of the inspiration for the tune. When I was in Vermont after high school, they were my only company during what was a lonesome time. With that in mind, I knew I had to make the music video be centered around dogs. Despite my dogs’ jealousy, we got 11 trained professional dogs (who were way more famous than me) for the shoot in LA."
Kahan is currently on tour across North America with James Bay and will soon embark on a trek to Europe.
This video, mixed with Kahan's easy to love vocal work and songwriting chops make "Mess" a breeze to love. Sure it's very friendly to the ears, but there's something sweeping and comforting about the song. Plus who doesn't love a video with dogs? Dogs are the best.
