Boston hardcore act Defeater have announced details of their upcoming album. They have also released the first song from the record, titled "Mothers' Sons". The new self-titled album is due May 10th on Epitaph (Bridge 9 are releasing a special edition LP of the record).

The new album is the follow-up to 2015's Abandoned, and was produced by Will Yip (Quicksand, La Dispute, Blacklisted).

It's been a while since we covered Defeater- but this new song sounds like the new record will be a hell of a pummeling.
