New York punk act Bad Luck are gearing up for the release of their new EP Drug Phase. Due March 29th on Take This To Heart Records, the band have released the infectious new song "Sheep Song" as a teaser.
Title aside, "Sheep Song" is actually a 3-minute pop punk song clad with sandpaper like vocals and a chorus bound to get stuck in your head. The chorus? The best "ba ba ba" since Mr. T Experience's "Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba".
While this particular song will paint a more pop punk picture of the band in your head, the rest of the EP takes more cues from bands like Taking Back Sunday and at times, The Used's more strained vocals. "Sheep Song" is just a fantastic teaser into the EP's more abrasive nature.
